Structure: Object with constant side (C) and alternating side (~) rotating continuously.

Positions: Rotates through behind, above, and on-top of the original location.

Output: State data cycling through fixed and variable conditions at defined intervals.

Location: Each planar set treated as a coordinate location containing both current and previous evolution states.
